Per-seat or per-event?
Usually neither alone. We look at active crew and event volume together. A festival with 2,000 staff for one week is priced very differently from a venue with 80 regulars every weekend.
Do I pay for inactive workers?
No. Returning seasonal crew who aren't currently active don't count against the plan. Their records stay so reactivation is one click next season.
Can I start small and grow?
Yes, and most do. Customers usually start on Core with crew management, then move up a plan and switch on operational modules as complexity grows. You can equally switch one on from day one. Either way it happens on the same account: no migration, and no data reset.
Is onboarding support included?
Core, Pro and Enterprise all include onboarding support. Enterprise customers get a named account team.
